Focus Awards Level 4 Certificate in Thermolysis and Cryotherapy for Blemish Removal Treatments 

Qualification Purpose

The aim of the Focus Awards Level 4 Certificate in Thermolysis and Cryotherapy for Blemish Removal Treatments (RQF) is to provide learners with the skills and knowledge required to safely provide Thermolysis and Cryotherapy treatments for blemish removal.

Age Ranges: Entry is at the discretion of the centre. However, learners should be aged 18+ to undertake this qualification.

Geographical Coverage: This qualification is available in England.

Learner Entry Requirements: Learners must have previously completed and achieved anatomy and physiology at a minimum of level 4, with a core knowledge of facial anatomy and experience of investigative consultation.

This qualification will include all the required elements to work successfully as a fully

commercial blemish removal professional. Throughout this course, students will develop their knowledge and understanding of all

Health & Safety aspects, advanced client consultation, skin analysis, anatomy and physiology relating to blemish formation and blemish recognition. .Blemishes include Thread and spider veins, cherry angioma, milia, skin tags and age spots.
